My first work of fiction, written at age 7, was a blatant rip-off of my favorite Marguerite Henry novels. “A Horse Named Star” (one page in length, including the illustration) remains unpublished, but it has enjoyed a place of honor on the wall of my father’s study for the last quarter-century.
These days, my writing tends to be a bit longer and involves more human storylines.
A native of Metro-Detroit, I have found my way to north-central West Virginia where I live with my crew of small humans and various domesticated flora and fauna.
